Becki Newton

Becki is a Connecticut native. When she was 13 when she started performing in local shows, such as summer stock and community theater. Her studies included many years of European History in the University of Pennsylvania. Becki made the move to NYC following her graduation to pursue Broadway. After appearing on a variety of national commercials and guest starring characters, like Cold Case (2003), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999), and American Dreams (2002), Becki was offered the part of Amanda on Ugly Betty (2006). The brother of her Matt Newton is an actor along with the husband of her Chris Diamantopoulos. When I think of the most beautiful women, they're not supermodels. Because I lack the skills that I have, I've decided to leave the red carpet and business events to experts. With regards to my beauty, I am no frightened to try different things. It's a pleasure to be glamorous! It's not about being fussy and taking care of your self. I've learned there's nothing wrong with being a bit naughty.
